I accept Paypal payments. You do not need a PayPal account, just follow the instructions and enter your credit/debit card details and the transaction will be processed through PayPal. At no stage do I see your personal banking/card details and they remain secure at all stages of the transaction.

To avoid any delay in receiving your items, please check that both your Paypal and Etsy address are the same.

Please pay at the time of ordering. Items will be held for 3 days, after which if payment is not received, I will take it that you no longer wish to buy and the item will be re listed.

All my jewellery comes ready for gift giving and is securely packaged to arrive in perfect condition. If on receiving it there are any problems at all, I am here to do my very best to try to rectify the problem, so please do contact me if you are not absolutely satisfied with any aspect of your purchase.

I usually post orders between within second working day following clearance of the total payment amount. All items are posted by registered mail. Expected delivery time for Spain and Europe is usually from 1 to 2 weeks. For USA or Non-European union delivery time is from 2 to 6 weeks. Please bear in mind that occasionally packages may be delayed at Customs and allow for this when ordering for a special occasion.

Customs Duty:

I ship from UK. If you live outside the UK you may be liable for Customs Duty on receiving your purchase. This is a legal requirement and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay any amount owing.

Packaging:

Everything is beautifully packaged in a box or a lovely bag, and shipped in a sturdy bubble lined envelope to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
